Meeting for the future of 07F
This letter is to all that are tenants, hangar owners and those with vested interest in the Gladewater Airport.
Tuesday night is a Special Called Airport Board Meeting to finalize the new or old lease for all the airport tenants and hangar owners. This will be the last meeting before it is put before the City Counsel to vote on.
There has been much discussion and, at times, heated conversation about this lease and the reason for it. If you are a tenant or hangar owner and have not attended any of these meetings, you have no idea what is going on and how it will effect you in the future. If you are planning on staying at Gladewater airport in the future, you must attend this meeting. It will be the last time to have your say or forever be quiet. If you have not kept up with this process and the changes about to be made, you will have no right to complain in the future, just live with the changes.
I would recommend you attend Tuesday nights (2/19) meeting, at 7 p.m.
There are some members on the airport board that have been trying very hard to support your interest. We must be there to support them.
