3 Fly-in
April 2./3. (Saturday and Sunday) will become busy.
There is in Gilmer (GXI, Fox Stephens Field) the Spring Fly-In & Art Show which our chapter is Co Hosting and some of us are helping. Smoke and Noise is promised. Also attractions from vintage Aircrafts to Acrobatics.
The Gilmer Fly-In is April-2nd only, the next are on April 2 and 3:
Texas Thunder Air Show in Ft.Worth NAS/JRB (ex Carswell AFB) with the Blue Angels. For this event Jack Plonien emailed: NO GA fly-in and parking. So use Arlington muni (GKY) and take a rental car there.
And there is the Jaspers Airshow at jaspers County-Bell Field (JAS). Also with a lot od interesting activities.
